Here are a couple new hats that use upcycled, salvaged, reclaimed and recycled materials. Specifically, upcycled neckties, old buttons, leather from an old skirt, netting from a tangerine bag, netting from an old prom dress, an antique hat pin, and vintage milliner’s fruit stems.
